Australia Company Registration

Hong Kong company registration is a straightforward process that can be completed in a matter of days. The Hong Kong Companies Registry requires that all companies must appoint a registered agent and file certain documents, including the company’s Articles of Association. Once the registration is complete, the company will be issued a Certificate of Incorporation.

Hong Kong offshore companies are particularly attractive to foreign investors due to the Hong Kong tax regime. Hong Kong has a territorial based taxation system, which means that only profits derived from Hong Kong are subject to tax. There is no capital gains tax, no inheritance tax, and no stamp duty on share transfers. As a result, Hong Kong is an attractive jurisdiction for holding and trading assets.
