UK Company Registration
Registering a company in the UK is a simple process that can be completed online. Once you have registered your company, you will need to provide certain information such as your UK address, contact details, and the type of business you will be conducting. You will also need to pay taxes in the United Kingdom, which are typically lower than in other countries. Companies in the UK must have a minimum of 1 shareholder. There is no cap to the number of shareholders. Both individuals & companies can be shareholders.
Companies in the UK must have at least 1 director. A secretary is not required for a UK limited company, but the director is expected to act as the secretary if there isn’t one. The director does not need to reside in the United Kingdom.
The UK uses the term “share capital”. There is no minimum share capital.
Companies in the UK must have a registered address in the United Kingdom that will receive mail. We can provide this address if needed.

Your company name must be verified & approved. The name must be available, that is to say, not identical or exceedingly similar to another company’s name in the United Kingdom. The company name must be in English.
